If you are just starting out, you're probably on a budget. You don't have to sacrifice quality when the cost of a service is low. You can get the services you need without spending a lot of money.
This is why I recommend Fiverr. You can get any service you need for a lot less than if you sought out a freelancer on your own. Customers provide ratings and reviews so that you know who the best freelancers are.
